Maanthrikan’s Treasure Hunt

RULE BOOK

A Maanthrikan (magician in Malayalam) is searching for treasure in a maze-like jungle, which is protected by villagers.

The Maanthrikan must break through the barriers to find Treasure.

Each player should take a role card and reveal it.
Distribute Magic cards to the Maanthrikan and Blocker cards to the Villager.
Villager sets up all the Path cards and places the Treasure cards as shown in the game setup.

Open one card of the first row to enter.
Maanthrikan starts by using the Entry Card to enter.
When a Path card is revealed, it must connect to the existing path.
The Maanthrikan can rotate the Path card in any direction before moving through it.

Villager places a Blocker card replacing a Path card.

The Maanthrikan has the following options to play:

The Maanthrikan and Villager take turns one after another.
Once Villagers run out of Blockers, the Maanthrikan keeps moving until blocked or until the Treasure is reached.

Maanthrikan wins by finding the Treasure.
If the Maanthrikan falls into a Bomb, or can no longer move to reach the Treasure card, VILLAGER WINS.

Become an expert at finding the treasure — or at blocking the Maanthrikan!

This card can be used only in the last row of Path cards when the Maanthrikan is completely blocked.
